FAQs
Hey, we’re Student Life Network, Canada’s largest student platform. We make your student journey a little easier (and a lot more fun) with awesome giveaways, exclusive experiences, and top resources for Canadian college, university, and high school students.
Canada’s Luckiest Student is our way of changing one Canadian student’s life. It’s our tenth time doing it and we’ve gotten pretty good at making student dreams come true by giving away prizes to help with tuition, rent, food, travel, fun, and much more. This is your chance to make your student experience the best it can be.
No, this is not a scholarship—no grades, essay writing, or athletic skills are required to enter. If you’re a Canadian student 14 years of age or older, you can enter for free in just 2 minutes.
Nope, but if you do, you can double your entries, increasing your chances of winning. See the contest rules for more ways you can double.
Yes, you really can win everything. One student will win ALL THE PRIZES. Just ask recent winners like Afrida, Madelyn, or Ben. But remember, the winner will only receive the prizes they opt into. So if you want to win them all, make sure you opt into them all. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know every time we add a new prize.
This isn’t a traditional contest where you only get one entry. You can stuff your name into the draw hundreds of times to get the best possible chance of being drawn as the winner. Check your Canada’s Luckiest Student feed for small actions you can complete to earn extra entries throughout the contest.
The contest closes to new entrants on April 30, 2022, and following that, if you’re already entered in the contest, you’ll have one additional week to earn as many entries as you can. The contest officially closes on May 7, 2022, and following that, the winner will be selected. The prize bundle will keep getting bigger and better until then, so check back often for new prizes and new opportunities to gain extra entries.
It’s completely random! We thought about having a Canada-wide game of hide-and-seek but a random draw just seemed easier. When the contest ends, we’ll take every single entry you’ve earned, put them in a massive digital box with everyone else’s entries, shake them around, and pull out a winner.
